Interested in taking homebuyer education classes? Below is a full listing of all our classes currently available. You can either take a live class via Zoom at no cost to you or if you prefer you can take it via eHome at your own pace but this class has a cost of $75 when using coupon code HDF24.       Landlord Training Class 1/16/2025 Live via Zoom

      Housing Development Fund is pleased to offer Landlord Training Education classes for first time homebuyers looking to buy a multifamily home in Connecticut (2-4 units). These classes are sponsored and approved by CHFA and meets the landlord training education requirement for clients applying for HDF and/or CHFA loans. After the class, clients will get the Certificate of Completion and will be valid for 12 months. Duration of the class is 2.5 hrs.
