Available Classes

Below is a list of all our classes currently available. You can either take a live class from HDF via Zoom at no cost to you or from eHome at your own pace but this class has a cost of $76 with coupon code HDF24. To access the eHome class you will have to register below and then go to www.ehomeamerica.org/hdf. Please keep in mind that once you take any of the classes listed below, the certificate is valid for one year.

      The Homebuyer Education class is open to First Time Homebuyers interested in learning more about the process of buying a home. These classes are mandatory if applying for an HDF and/or CHFA loan. The Homebuyer Education class must be completed prior to closing.       Housing Development Fund is pleased to offer Landlord Training Education classes for first time homebuyers looking to buy a multifamily home in Connecticut (2-4 units). These classes are sponsored and approved by CHFA and meets the landlord training education requirement for clients applying for HDF and/or CHFA loans. After the class, clients will get the Certificate of Completion and will be valid for 12 months. Duration of the class is 2.5 hrs.
