Interested in taking homebuyer education classes? Below is a full listing of all our classes currently available. You can either take a live class via Zoom at no cost to you or if you prefer you can take it via eHome at your own pace but this class has a cost of $75 when using coupon code HDF24.       The Homebuyer Education class is open to First Time Homebuyers interested in learning more about the process of buying a home. These classes are mandatory if applying for an HDF and/or CHFA loan. The Homebuyer Education class must be completed prior to closing.
